What Does My Membership Include?
All patients get one annual physical exam and routine labs included with their membership.
After that, we would schedule any routine follow-ups based on any abnormalities, and then we would be available to them as needed for unlimited visits.
In-office strep, urine, and flu testing are covered in your monthly membership.
We operate on a membership basis so that you can access us whenever you need something.
Wake up with a fever and sore throat, worried that you have strep throat? A quick call via FaceTime or phone can get medication called in for you in minutes.
When it comes to your health, no question or concern is too small.
Membership Rates
Membership rates are monthly based on age:
- 18 - 24 years old: $75.00/month
- 25 - 44 years old: $100.00/month
- 45 - 64 years old: $125.00/month
- 65+ years old: $150.00/month
We also offer service packages to Small Businesses with 5+ employees for $75/employee. Contact our office for details and to enroll your Small Business.

Can I Use Insurance?
Because our memberships are a cash-based flat fee, you don’t have to deal with insurance dictating how soon you can get treatment.
Many of our patients are able to deduct their membership cost from a health savings account or send their treatments to insurance after the fact.
Ask your insurance agent, and we’ll provide any documentation they need.
